Summary

The job is for a Customer Success International team member at Channable, a global leader in Multi-Channel Retail Management. The role involves working with clients and partners to ensure their success with the company's product. The candidate should have relevant experience, live within travel distance to Utrecht or in the UK (working remotely), be available to come to the office for two days/week, available to travel and visit clients, and available for at least 32 hours per week. Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Partnership Management, or Relationship Management
  • At least 2 years of experience in the fields of SaaS and/or eCommerce
  • A background in Marketing or Agency is preferred
  • You have an interest in online marketing and eCommerce
  • You are social, persuasive, and energetic
  • You have at least a completed HBO education - for example in the direction of commercial economics, (international) business, marketing or hospitality
  • You have excellent written and spoken English language skills (at least C1 level proficiency)

Responsibilities

  • Performing onboardings, impact reviews & check ins
  • Realizing success plans, both with partners as clients
  • Working with them both online and onsite
  • Preventing churn and realizing upsell, including reporting & forecasting
  • Conducting training sessions with our clients and partners
  • Enabling product advocacy; collaborating with our marketer to seize opportunities for blogs, webinars with clients, and the publication of success stories
  • Voice of the customer, capture insights and share these with each other and to product, development, sales & marketing
  • Performing 1 to many activities (eg roundtables, webinars, partner days, training days, trade shows & events)
  • Optimizing customer life cycle and Customer Success Management processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Living in Utrecht, or at least within travel distance to our Utrecht office
  • Living in the UK (working fully remote)
  • You are willing to come to our Utrecht office for two days/week (preferably more) or when living in the UK, you are willing to travel to our office in Utrecht for your onboarding period, as well as important team, company, and client events
  • You are available to travel and visit clients
  • You are available for at least 32 hours per week (4 days)
