Responsibilities

  • Be the voice of our customers and establish processes for excellent customer care
  • Work closely with sales and product teams to advise customers and build relationships
  • Ensure excellent onboarding and help customers find their way in our software
  • Advise customers on existing and new Cosuno features and provide individual support as a product expert
  • Analyze product usage data to proactively take measures to improve product acceptance and reduce churn
  • Actively participate in the continuous improvement process of our platform and processes
