Summary

Join our team as a Client Relationship Manager and play a key role in driving the growth of Dailymotion Advertising. As a point of contact for advertisers and agencies, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying opportunities, and developing recommendations to meet their needs.

Requirements

• First experience in digital advertising and client-facing roles is a plus
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Solid computer skills, including advanced proficiency in MS suite
• Attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to contribute to process improvement, innovation, and simplification of existing processes
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Solid analytical skills
• Ability to identify and resolve problems
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for advertisers and agencies on all matters related to campaigns, from start to finish
• Respond to client requests (RFPs) and questions in collaboration with sales directors, AdOps team, and marketing team
• Identify opportunities for key accounts and formulate solid advertising recommendations to meet clients' needs and objectives
• Develop and maintain client relationships (client loyalty, growth, renewal, and satisfaction)
• Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performances and develop actionable recommendations for future campaigns in the form of post-campaign reports
• Collaborate with AdOps team to ensure proper execution of campaigns
• Work collaboratively with Sales Marketing team to design effective media solutions and insights
