Responsibilities
- Developing long-term relationships with customers
- Providing 'voice of customer feedback' to internal DLOCAL teams
- Developing effective long-term key customer relationships
- Collaborating with customers to better understand their goals and ambitions
- Prioritizing discovery of customer strategic needs, initiatives, and deployment opportunities
- Developing Customer Success methodologies and own team initiatives that improve productivity
- Interacting and working together with the different areas of the company
