Requirements

• +5 years of working experience and at least 2 years of experience managing relationships with big companies, ideally with enterprise accounts
• Experience in Management Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management, and Business Development, is a plus

Responsibilities

• Managing the relationships with our enterprise clients
• Guaranteeing that they get the most out of our platform and become loyal promoters
• Driving adoption through different initiatives
• Delivering result presentations
• Being the voice of the customer inside our organization
