Remote Customer Success Manager

Summary

Join our Customer Success Team at Emi Labs and lead the relationship with our enterprise clients, driving adoption and delivering results. We're looking for experienced professionals with strong client relationship skills and analytical mentality.

Requirements

• +5 years of working experience
• At least 2 years of experience managing relationships with big companies, ideally with enterprise accounts
• Analytical mentality
• Impressive executive presence and communication abilities
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Marketing, Services)

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with our enterprise clients
• Drive user adoption through different tools and activities
• Deliver and communicate ROI for our clients throughout the customer lifecycle
• Be the voice of the customer in Emi, providing insights to work side-by-side with our product and tech teams
• Be the trusted partner for the customer on use-case and product functionality
