Summary

This role requires 5+ years of experience, including at least 2 years managing relationships with large companies. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential. Requirements

  • +5 years of working experience and at least 2 years of experience managing relationships with big companies, ideally with enterprise accounts
  • Analytical mentality
  • Impressive executive presence and communication abilities
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Marketing, Services)
  • Thrives working in a growing environment, with the uncertainty and chaos of an early-stage startup

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with enterprise clients, guaranteeing they get the most out of our platform and become loyal promoters, becoming a trusted partner for our customer's leadership team
  • Drive adoption through different initiatives, delivering result presentations, and being the voice of the customer inside our organization
  • Build a close and long-term relationship with the leadership team and champions of our clients
  • Drive user adoption through different tools and activities
  • Delivering and communicating ROI for our clients throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Be the voice of the customer in Emi, providing insights to work side-by-side with our product and tech teams
  • Being the trusted partner for the customer on use-case and product functionality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Management Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management, and Business Development, is a plus
  • Being a fluent English speaker or native is a plus
