Requirements
- Have at least 2 years of professional experience
- Are familiar with interacting with customers and successful project management
- Independently search for solutions and work independently
- Enjoy talking to customers and know how to present convincingly
- Handle challenging situations with ease
- Have advanced English & German language skills
Responsibilities
- Independently take on the planning, introduction and support of mid-market & enterprise customer projects
- Are responsible for the preparation and implementation of kick-off events, workshops and regular meetings with your customers in order to drive their success story forward together
- Take care of the conception of suitable introductory and training materials
- Play an active role in the design and continuous optimisation of our growing Customer Success area and have the opportunity to take on responsibility - whether for internal projects or the development of new processes and structures
- Will make a significant contribution to the further development of our sophisticated B2B SaaS product with your customer insights
- Generate key value with your customer and product expertiseIn, as an interface between the customer and our internal sales, marketing and product teams
