Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role (CSM, account management, or support)
  • Strong communication, project management, and client-facing skills
  • Comfortable analyzing campaign data and drawing insights
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Own relationships with a portfolio of SMB and mid-market clients from onboarding through renewal
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver seamless implementation and continued value
  • Monitor campaign performance and collaborate with internal teams to optimize client outcomes
  • Serve as a point of contact to clients for anything related to reporting, insights & recommendations, and day-to-day collaboration
  • Drive adoption and engagement, ensuring clients understand how to get the most from our platform
  • Gather client feedback and provide input to the product team to help shape the roadmap
  • Analyze campaign performance and present recommendations to clients with key insights to drive upsells and incremental revenue
  • Prepare and deliver QBRs and success metrics to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proactively manage risks, surface upsell opportunities, and support renewals
  • Constantly stay on top of platform improvements, product updates, and new offerings
  • Additional duties as assigned or requested

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in SaaS, AdTech, or MarTech is a plus
  • Google Analytics, Google Ads, Ad serving or Paid Social Media Experience preferred
  • Experience onboarding self-serve clients preferred
