Customer Success Manager

Summary

Join Instagrid in shaping a sustainable future by providing clean energy solutions. You will play a key role in transitioning customers away from combustion generators. This position involves implementing framework agreements with major customers, expanding your network, promoting product applications, and providing comprehensive product training. You will ensure high product utilization and customer satisfaction. The role requires a business or engineering degree and 3 years of technical understanding, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Requirements

• Business or engineering degree or completed apprenticeship (business or service sector)
• 3 years of comprehensive technical understanding
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills and good presentation skills
• Engaging personality as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel within BeNeLux to visit customers onsite
• Excellent Dutch and English skills, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Implement negotiated framework agreements with major customers, ensuring positive impressions across all customer branches
• Expand your network within assigned customers, enabling their success with our solutions
• Promote familiar and new applications across various business units of key accounts
• Provide comprehensive product training to support the user of the products
• Ensure that our customers have all necessary information for seamless product utilization
• Drive high product utilization and ensure customers fully benefit from our products
