Summary

Join Instagrid as a Customer Success Manager and be a cornerstone of our relationships with key account customers. You will implement negotiated framework agreements, expand your network within assigned customers, and promote applications across various business units. Requirements

  • A proven sales track record, ideally within the construction industry, demonstrating your ability to drive results and exceed targets
  • Comprehensive technical understanding and familiarity with our product portfolio, enabling you to effectively communicate its value to customers
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, backed by engaging presentations that captivate and persuade potential clients
  • Willingness to travel within a predefined region to visit customers onsite, fostering strong relationships and understanding their needs firsthand
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, ensuring clear and effective communication with clients and colleagues
  • Committed to continuous self-improvement and process optimization, seeking opportunities to enhance your skills and contribute to the success of our team
  • You must have a clean and valid driver’s license
  • You must have a reliable vehicle to meet customer needs

Responsibilities

  • Implement negotiated framework agreements with major customers, ensuring positive impressions across all customer branches
  • Expand your network within assigned customers, enabling their success with our solutions
  • Promote familiar and new applications across various business units of key accounts through creativity and enthusiasm
  • Provide comprehensive product training and support to users, making the product accessible and user-friendly
  • Ensure customers have all necessary information for seamless product utilization, addressing inquiries comprehensively
  • Drive high product utilization and ensure customers fully benefit from our solutions
