Summary

Join our dynamic team at Localyze as a Customer Success Manager! You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients and driving engagement and retention by guiding them through every aspect of our platform.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Customer Success or related fields, ideally in HR teach or SAAS
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English (other languages are a plus)
  • Effective building rapport with new and existing customers
  • Proactive & passionate about supporting your client portfolio, always with a customer-first approach
  • Empathy for the complexities and stressors in global mobility processes
  • Self-starter, highly structured, and organized individual. You have an eye for detail and hold yourself accountable
  • Solution-oriented mindset, can solve problems independently, and know how to escalate issues and bring in other teams to drive results and solutions

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with our clients
  • Drive contract renewals and identify opportunities for upsells based on client needs
  • Lead client onboarding sessions, conduct business reviews, and deliver training to drive platform adoption
  • Collaborate with internal teams like the customer experience team to resolve issues, address feedback, and drive product improvements
  • Analyse customer data to identify areas for growth and to improve the customer experience
