Summary

Join Nord Security's B2B Commercial Team as a Customer Success Manager (Active Sales) and bridge the gap between customer success and sales. Proactively engage with existing customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities for upselling, upgrading, and fostering long-term partnerships. Collaborate closely with the Account Management team to ensure seamless handoffs and future growth. Leverage data-driven insights and tools like Salesforce to analyze customer data and identify trends. Contribute to refining workflows and outreach strategies for maximum impact. This strategic role requires proven sales experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with Salesforce. Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales roles or account expansion
  • Fluent English (written and verbal) with excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to manage and interpret large customer data sets
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and sales tools for outreach and tracking
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for delivering value and driving growth
  • Experience with active sales workflows
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working with B2B clients and understanding their unique needs and workflows

Responsibilities

  • Proactive Customer Outreach: Engage with active customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels to explore their goals and challenges
  • Opportunity Identification: Analyze customer needs, usage patterns, and organizational goals to uncover upsell, cross-sell, and upgrade opportunities
  • Targeted Questioning: Conduct thoughtful discussions to understand customers’ current and desired outcomes, aligning them with our solutions
  • Collaboration with Account Management: Share insights and opportunities with the Account Management team for seamless handoffs and long-term planning
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage tools like Salesforce and sales analytics platforms to analyze customer data and identify trends
  • Process Optimization: Contribute to refining workflows and outreach strategies for maximum impact
