Summary

Join OpenSesame as a Customer Success Manager and help develop the world’s most productive and admired workforces by delivering eLearning courses from top publishers. As a CSM, you will be a trusted advisor to customers in the elearning space, providing outstanding service to grow existing accounts and driving increased utilization and engagement.

Requirements

Up to 15 days of travel per year

Responsibilities

  • Complete OpenSesame CSM onboarding within first 30 days
  • Understand OpenSesame value proposition, learn how CSMs support customer journey, and deliver presentations for each customer journey touchpoint within first 30 days
  • Deliver a virtual demo of OpenSesame platform and begin onboarding 3 new customers within first 30 days
  • Have a full understanding of the OpenSesame catalog, independently manage accounts at 50% of portfolio load, and deliver 25 customer meetings within first 60 days
  • Have success plans for top 30% of accounts, forecast and close upcoming renewals, and actively look for upsell opportunities within first 60 days
  • Manage a full portfolio of accounts, deliver all customer journey touchpoints, forecast and close renewal opportunities, and meet retention and upsell OKRs within first 90 days
  • Develop a solid understanding of market and develop a successful relationship with Support, Curation, and Sales teams within first 90-120 days
  • Keep activities, meetings, opportunities, and forecast up to date on Salesforce.com and Gainsight on a daily basis
