Opinion Stage is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager with a minimum of 3 years in a SaaS company to lead customer success activities. Responsibilities include managing chat and email communication, solving client issues, conducting sales-focused Zoom talks, creating help center content, testing new features, serving as an account manager for enterprise customers, reducing churn, and driving upgrades. The role requires mother tongue level English, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


  • 3+ years of successful experience in customer success in a SaaS company is a must
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and the customer success lifecycle
  • Mother tongue level speaking & written English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Work in European hours


  • Serve as the customer voice in the company
  • Manage our chat & email communication using Intercom
  • Solve issues encountered by our clients
  • Run sales-focused Zoom talks with new & existing clients
  • Manage & help create our help center, including both text & video how-to content
  • Test new features and key releases
  • Serve as an account manager for enterprise customers
  • Run churn-reducing activities
  • Help drive upgrades
