Requirements
- At least 3+ years of customer-success or account management experience
- At least 2+ years of experience at a B2B technology company that leveraged software or hardware to delight customers
- Willing to travel to see customers, around the United States, at least a few days per month
- Resourceful: Ability to figure things out and find solutions with minimal help
- Hustle: Thrive in startups and work hard, moving fast and taking on a lot
- Communication: Top-notch communication skills, both written and verbal, with high EQ
- Excellent writing: Impeccable grammar and writing skills
- Analytical: Ability to read and create charts, notice trends, prepare dashboards, and work with spreadsheets
Responsibilities
- Develop deep relationships with customers and serve as their main point of contact, especially for the largest and most strategic partners
- Dive into data, monitor support tickets, and collaborate with other teams to identify customers needing assistance
- Spend time on calls and in-person visits with customers to understand their needs
- Ensure customers meet their goals and remain satisfied, proactively working with customers and the team
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing issues promptly and effectively
- Identify and pursue upselling, cross-selling, and referral opportunities, collaborating with the sales team
- Dive into tasks as needed, such as spreadsheets, blog posts, or customer success issues
- Over time, define your own role and the customer success strategy for Parkade
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM to track customer engagement
- Willingness to travel when critical to team and customer success
- Experience working closely with marketing to develop case studies
