Requirements

  • 2+ years in a quota-carrying sales and account management role within the aviation and aerospace industry
  • 3+ years in sales management
  • Strong data and analytics skills
  • Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities with the ability to adapt quickly
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Proficient in CRMs, data and analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Grow and manage a team of 3-5 account managers
  • Monitor team performance to ensure KPIs and metrics are being met
  • Proactively ensure client renewals and minimize churn
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products or services
  • Build lasting relationships with key stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop strategies to increase revenue from existing accounts
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to drive customer growth and align on strategies
  • Track account health and provide regular performance updates
