Summary
Join PartsBase Inc., the world's largest online aviation marketplace, as a Manager of Customer Success! Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 account managers, focusing on driving renewals, upselling, and cross-selling. Requirements
- 2+ years in a quota-carrying sales and account management role within the aviation and aerospace industry
- 3+ years in sales management
- Strong data and analytics skills
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities with the ability to adapt quickly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Proficient in CRMs, data and analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Grow and manage a team of 3-5 account managers
- Monitor team performance to ensure KPIs and metrics are being met
- Proactively ensure client renewals and minimize churn
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products or services
- Build lasting relationships with key stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop strategies to increase revenue from existing accounts
- Work with sales and marketing teams to drive customer growth and align on strategies
- Track account health and provide regular performance updates
