Summary

Join PartsBase Inc., the world's largest online aviation marketplace, as a Manager of Customer Success! In this fully remote role, you will lead a high-performing team focused on cultivating and developing relationships with existing customers. You will manage annual contract renewals, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and coach your geographically distributed team to consistently meet goals. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience and a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills, ready to transition from individual contributor to team leader. Requirements

  • BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent field sales work experience
  • Sales experienced focused in account management or customer success
  • Minimum of 5 years with proven track record of success in B2B SaaS environment, with a desire to take the next steps in your career
  • Proven experience as a sales representative, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Desire and ambition to step into a leadership role and manage a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Ability to transition from individual contributor to team leader, with a focus on coaching and development
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a strategic mindset
  • Comfortable with adapting to new processes and systems, with a willingness to learn and grow in a managerial capacity

Responsibilities

  • Create & maintain a high-performance account management sales team
  • Lead the team to manage annual renewals of current member contracts, and proactively create upsell/ cross-sell opportunities of ancillary products and new PartsBase initiatives
  • Collaborative leader who serves as a player/coach to help a geographically distributed team consistently meet goals in a virtual environment
  • Demonstrate expertise and mastery in sales and sales management function by training to strengthen and increase industry, product, leadership, and sales skills
  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan for team that aligns to organizational goals
  • Support strategizing team members’ pipeline review, account plans, identify opportunities for increased business & efficiency
  • Prominent contributing member of the Sales team in revenue, culture, and as a brand ambassador
  • Support interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new talent
