Summary
Join a fast-growing SaaS company as an International Customer Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of 200+ existing B2B clients. You will focus on renewals, upselling, and cross-selling, making 40+ calls daily. This fully remote position requires 2+ years of sales cycle or account management experience in the aviation/aerospace industry, fluency in English and Portuguese or French, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and CRM platforms. The ideal candidate is a hunter, thrives on targets, and possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills. Requirements
- 2+ years of full sales cycle or account management experience in the aviation/aerospace industry (SaaS experience a plus)
- Full fluency in English and Portuguese or French (spoken and written)

Responsibilities
- Own the Client Relationship : Become the trusted advisor for a diverse book of business. Understand their goals and challenges, and position our SaaS solutions as the answer
- Drive Renewals : Keep churn low and customer satisfaction high by proactively managing subscription renewals
- Upsell & Cross-sell Like a Pro : Identify and close opportunities to expand account value across product lines
- Be a Revenue Driver : Hit and exceed your revenue goals while ensuring customers grow with us
- Move Fast, Think Smart : Thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment. Your ideas and agility will help shape how we scale
- Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Track & Report : Use CRM tools like Oro (or similar) to track account health and maintain accurate records
