Customer Success Manager

Summary

Join People Data Labs as a Customer Success Manager (CSM) and play a key role in helping customers utilize our people and company data products. You will own a book of business, driving customer success and outcomes throughout the customer lifecycle. This involves onboarding, expansion, renewal negotiations, and working collaboratively with other teams. Ideal candidates possess 3-5+ years of CSM experience, a consultative approach, and a passion for data innovation. Responsibilities

• Own a defined book of business with operational freedom and support to drive customer success and outcomes
• Own and collaborate on the overall customer lifecycle, including onboarding, cadence, expansion, and renewal
• Negotiate and close customer contract renewals
• Work jointly with Solutions Engineers, Data Consultants (AEs), to deliver the best customer experience possible
• Identify and track key metrics around product consumption and identify opportunities for optimization and/or expansion
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with each of your customers, through your knowledge of their goals with data
• Act as an escalation point for your customers and interface closely with others at People Data Labs to drive great customer outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with a more technical product or one with a significant API component
