Summary
Join Plan A as a Customer Success Manager DACH to lead customer experience and drive business growth in the DACH region. As a trusted advisor, you'll manage client relationships, become an expert on the Plan A platform, and guide customers on sustainability and carbon accounting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of demonstrated success in customer relationship management or complex project management, ideally at a growing startup working with SMBs and Enterprises in the DACH region
- Demonstrated consistent record of building and fostering durable business relationships; remain calm and collected when facing crisis or criticism and celebrate customersβ successes with them
- Comfort in working cross-functionally, aligning with sales leaders, product teams or customers at the biggest companies in the world to make sure our customers achieve their goals
- Savvy and tactful communicator with experience managing complex business relationships; intuitively find the right tone and feel comfortable working with people from a wide range of backgrounds
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, identifying priorities and overseeing multiple tasks simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to our large customers in DACH and ensure their success
- Manage the client relationships, ranging from your counterparts to senior stakeholders within our client's organisations
- Become an expert on the Plan A platform by leveraging deep product and carbon accounting knowledge, resolving partnersβ pain points and identifying opportunities for future product development
- Guide our customers on strategic questions related to sustainability and carbon accounting, leveraging the strengths of our subject-matter experts
- Work with our technical teams to ensure client feedback is heard and shape the future of our product pipeline
- Work with our sales team to translate customer opportunities into commercial value
- Design operational strategy and push execution; continuously working to scale processes and systems to drive rapid growth
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the realm of carbon accounting, corporate sustainability, or ESG reporting
- Native or fluent German speaker
