Responsibilities

  • Onboard and train new clients on our products and services to ensure successful usage
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients to promote customer loyalty and retention
  • Proactively identify and address client needs and challenges to enhance their experience
  • Collect, analyze, and report customer feedback to inform service improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and implement solutions
  • Track customer engagement and success metrics to measure and enhance client satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services based on client needs
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and status updates
