Responsibilities
- Onboard and train new clients on our products and services to ensure successful usage
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients to promote customer loyalty and retention
- Proactively identify and address client needs and challenges to enhance their experience
- Collect, analyze, and report customer feedback to inform service improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and implement solutions
- Track customer engagement and success metrics to measure and enhance client satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services based on client needs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and status updates
