Summary
Join Unbounce as a Customer Success Manager and drive success for our customers. You will focus on engagement and retention, partnering with other teams to share customer feedback and influence product development. Responsibilities include building trusted relationships with customers, providing recommendations, identifying at-risk accounts, and collaborating cross-functionally. You will advocate for customers, master Unbounce products, and stay informed about competitors. The role reports to the Manager, Customer Success. Responsibilities
- Develop a trusted adviser relationship with Unbounce customers using Zoom and email as the primary contact sources
- Consistently engage customers in your book of business through frequent check ins and Business Reviews, focusing on feature adoption and overall engagement with the product
- Provide timely recommendations and educate Unbounce customers based on their business goals and utilization insights
- Help identify "at-risk" accounts and develop re-engagement strategies
- Help identify and drive customer expansion and renewals
- Identify customer needs and collaborate with the Product team to ensure customer success with special emphasis on upgrades and renewals
- Collaborate cross-departmentally with other stakeholders to identify customers for internal projects, user research, case studies and more
- Advocate for our customers through customer stories; share trends and insights with internal stakeholders to guide product development
- Master Unbounce products and deeply understand our customersβ use cases
- Keep well-informed of competitive products and solutions and what makes Unbounce unique
- Represent the Unbounce customer base in interdepartmental meetings/projects
