Summary
Join WorkMotion's Customer Success team as a Customer Success Manager and contribute to a thriving global company. You will nurture client relationships, ensure seamless onboarding, and actively monitor client portfolio health. This role requires strong communication, empathy, and time management skills. Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in Customer Success or 3 years in Customer Experience
- Language: English - excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Energetic, Motivated: Displaying enthusiasm and a proactive attitude that drives engagement and inspires confidence in clients and team members
- Diligent Documentation: maintaining thorough and accurate records

Responsibilities
- Own and drive client’s journey with WorkMotion
- Facilitate the adaptation of new clients, getting them up to speed with our employment solutions and setting them up for a successful working relationship with WorkMotion
- Monitor your client portfolio's health, continuously realigning client needs with our business solutions, facilitating business changes that impact clients, and driving upsell campaigns
- Facilitate the exit process, ensuring a smooth transition while leaving the door open for future opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
- German language is a huge advantage
- System Knowledge: familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot and Salesforce
- Experience in delivering product demonstrations and presentations
