Summary

Join our team as a Customer Success - Growth & Retention Specialist and be responsible for the growth and retention of our restaurant partners. Represent Quandoo and serve as a point of contact for existing customers, build and maintain long-term successful partnerships, and work on increasing sales and occupancy rates.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Quandoo and be the point of contact for our existing customers
  • Build and maintain long-term successful partnerships
  • Work on increasing sales and occupancy rates through new ideas and measures
  • Be responsible for the strategic and operational orientation of customer relationships
  • Support our restaurant partners in using the Quandoo system optimally and having an optimal online presence
  • Work actively on existing customers' topics for countries DE, AT & CH
  • Act as a bridge between different internal departments, restaurant partners, and the customer database (Salesforce)
