You will leverage various programs and strategies to increase retention rates and proactively identify and mitigate churn risk. Collaborate with Sales and Professional Services to ensure customer success and contribute to the continuous growth of your assigned portfolio. This position requires 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management within a SaaS organization, strong communication and technical skills, and familiarity with Salesforce and Gainsight. A competitive salary with a bonus structure is offered.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a customer success or account management role with a SaaS organization
- Strong communication skills and technical aptitude
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight and other Software-as-a-Service
Responsibilities
- Manage the activity of SMB Litmosβ customers by leveraging 1:Many programs and strategies to increase retention rates
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the product and identify the most relevant functionality for the specific needs of customers, both present and future roadmap
- Work with Product and Engineering to identify bugs and product improvement opportunities
- Identify churn risk and work actively to eliminate that risk
- Partner with Sales and Professional Services to develop a plan for making Litmos a vital partner to customers

Benefits
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 base plus 20% bonus
