Summary
Join Anteriad's Customer Success team as a key member focused on executing, managing, and providing training on Anteriad's Digital product line. You will be responsible for providing top-quality support throughout the entire campaign lifecycle for programmatic advertising and other digital services. This role requires expertise in the operational process, from initial quote to campaign completion, and strong communication skills to bridge sales, operations, and customer needs. You will work closely with customers, Customer Success Managers, Sales Directors, and the Programmatic Operations team to deliver top-rated solutions to Fortune 500 companies. Requirements
- Possess a university degree
- Have 3+ years of related experience
- Be customer-obsessed, proactive, enjoy problem-solving, think creatively, and love successful execution
- Be capable of working independently and collaboratively
- Be detail-oriented and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide feedback to senior stakeholders
- Have the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Serve as an internal and external client-facing resource for Q&A on all details related to assigned accounts or campaigns
- Collaborate with India and US Operations teams to ensure comprehensive customer support and insights
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention from both customer and internal inquiries
- Become an expert in using and understanding various digital communication and project management platforms (Salesforce, Qlik, and Anteriad's proprietary tools)
- Manage the day-to-day administration of all client programmatic projects, meeting deadlines and driving optimizations and recommendations
- Understand customer motivations and leverage that understanding to improve service campaign over campaign and quarter over quarter
- Develop strategic solutions for digital clients, including budget, targeting/audience recommendations, and creative options for client proposals
- Utilize SFDC cases to track campaign status and provide pre-sales support activities
- Train and mentor other Customer Success Team members in Programmatic best practices
