Responsibilities

  • Be the Ansprechpartner:In for our restaurants and guests, supporting them with their questions and concerns (telefonisch, per E-Mail und im Live-Chat)
  • Work actively on Partner Support-Themen der Lรคnder Deutschland, ร–sterreich und Schweiz
  • As Kundenbetreuerin, form a bridge between various internal departments, restaurant partners, and the external team
  • Maintain the internal customer database (Salesforce)
