Requirements

• Proficiency in the German language is essential

• Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively with customers and cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing customer onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition and successful product adoption
• Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, ensuring satisfaction, reverting back in an end-to-end bug process
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify patterns and areas for product and service improvements
• Support founders in developing and executing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
• Conduct customer training sessions to help users maximize the value and effectiveness of our products
• Maintain up-to-date customer records and documentation, tracking interactions and progress
• Monitor customer health metrics, helping to identify at-risk accounts and proactively addressing concerns
• Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from onboarding to ongoing support
