Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field - OR - 1 year of experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related role
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) of products and Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • A passion for digital wellbeing and helping others succeed

Responsibilities

  • Assist in providing customers with an excellent customer experience through customized marketing materials, engagement analytics and operational product assistance
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and zoom, providing timely and accurate information regarding our products and services
  • Act as a liaison between the customer success team and cross functional teams, such as marketing and professional services, to keep the customer success team updated with the latest marketing materials and programming updates
  • Manage technical product configuration during new customer onboarding
  • Attend customer health and benefits fairs throughout the year and help employees sign-up for, understand, and get the most out of the Calm app

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast paced startup environment
  • A passion for mental fitness and well being
  • Experience with project management
  • Experience with tools such as Slack, Zendesk, and Outreach
