Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, escalating issues as needed
  • Answer, document, and resolve calls, emails, and chats from the customer service line
  • Update records in SPOT and follow up on customer satisfaction surveys post-installation
  • Review warranty information and assist with other tasks as assigned by the Customer Care Supervisor
