The job description is for a Junior Customer Success Specialist position at Camplify Holdings Limited (CHL), a global adventure travel technology company. The role involves developing strong customer relationships, onboarding new owners, driving growth of Premium Members and Instant Bookers, engaging with owners regarding listing completion, producing marketing collateral, providing advice and recommendations to owners, assisting with the moderation of CHL’s Facebook community, managing RV listing deactivations, ensuring customers adhere to CHL’s community and brand standards, delivering on KPIs, reporting on platform bugs, improvements, and new requirements. The ideal candidate should have English and German business fluency, excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivation, strong problem-solving capabilities, resilience to work well under pressure, comfort with making outbound phone calls, meeting owners face-to-face, and attending networking and industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Regular communication with customers, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, advice, and analysis
  • Onboarding and Verification of new owners and setting them up for success on the platform
  • Driving growth of Premium Members and Instant Bookers by acquiring and converting casual users
  • Engaging with owners regarding listing completion, listing reviews, and booking management
  • Producing and developing marketing collateral for CHL Premium Members by working with internal and external designers/suppliers to deliver projects in a timely manner
  • Providing advice and recommendations to owners to enhance performance to keep owners engaged
  • Assisting with the moderation of CHL’s Facebook community
  • Managing RV listing deactivations
  • Ensuring customers adhere to CHL’s community and brand standards
  • Delivering on KPIs and help the team achieve GTV targets
  • Reporting on platform bugs, improvements, and new requirements
