Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role
  • Experience with global employment and compliance is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Advise and proactively guide customers and their employees through the global employment process
  • Address and resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, finance, legal) to troubleshoot and solve client problems
  • Act as the voice of the client within the company, providing feedback to improve our services and features
  • Advocate for client needs and priorities in internal discussions and decision-making processes
  • Stay updated on global employment laws, regulations, and best practices to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients
  • Share knowledge and insights with the team to enhance overall client service
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay current on product updates and industry trends
  • Contribute to the development of client success strategies and initiatives
