Requirements

• Experience in customer support, customer service, or similar roles
• Be customer-oriented, understand problems, and find appropriate and quick solutions
• Be organized and responsible, meeting established response times
• Possess a positive and proactive attitude, commitment, and ownership of work
• Be a team player
• Have familiarity with metrics and customer service tools such as Salesforce and Zowie
• Have conversational-level English language skills

Responsibilities

• Support B2B customers through chats, calls, and emails
• Ensure satisfaction in every interaction
• Address customer requests and resolve their queries within established deadlines
• Keep records of customer interactions, queries, and concerns through the CRM (Salesforce)
• Track open conversations to closure
