Summary

Join ModSquad as a fully remote Customer Support Representative! This opportunity involves providing world-class support to users of a top music streaming service via inbound Vietnamese messages. The role requires 40 hours per week during an 8-week orientation, followed by a flexible schedule within daily 8 AM - 10 PM production hours. Successful candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Vietnamese and English through language assessments and possess strong customer support experience. Pay rates vary and are disclosed during the interview process. This position is not available to individuals residing in California, Colorado, New York, and Washington.

Requirements

  • Complete language assessments in both Vietnamese and English
  • Provide Customer Support via inbound web messages
  • Provide web messaging support to 3-5 customers simultaneously
  • Be professional/business level proficient in Vietnamese and English
  • Work 40 hours per week during the 8-week orientation period
  • Work a flexible schedule within daily 8 AM - 10 PM production hours
  • Submit grammatically correct and comprehensive application responses
  • Have a computer that is not a Chromebook

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via inbound messages in Vietnamese
  • Provide exceptional Customer Support and quickly identify customer issues
