Summary
Join cargo.one as a proactive Customer Support Associate and deliver exceptional customer experiences by effectively resolving queries and issues. This role is crucial to the company's success, fostering customer loyalty and generating new business through positive word-of-mouth. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation of air freight and logistics within a fast-growing Series B company. You will work remotely from almost anywhere in Southern or Eastern Europe, with regular in-person team meetings. The company cultivates a positive, dynamic, and feedback-rich work environment. Requirements
- Have a service mindset, be empathetic and know how to listen
- Have a positive attitude and know how to navigate their way even in situations of uncertainty
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, an eye for detail, spelling and accuracy
- Have previous experience working in contact center environments
- Be willing to learn and open to accepting feedback, generously giving their own in return
- Be a team player and be comfortable building relationships with peers, customers and partners
Responsibilities
- Support our customers and partner airlines through email, live chat and phone
- Build relationships with our customers and partners
- Advocate for our customers and be their voice inside our organisation
- Work closely with the Product and Airline Partnerships teams to improve the user experience
- Contribute to the continuous development of our customer support function
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience with knowledge management
- Have experience in data analytics and reporting, to help us look into our numbers and improve processes
