Summary

Join ModSquad's team and provide phone support to insurance agency customers using a specific software platform. Assist customers by gathering and verifying information, entering data, and answering policy questions. This part-time position requires 10 hours per week, with 5 hours self-scheduled on weekends, for a 90-day commitment. Data entry and high-volume call support experience are essential, along with a typing speed of 45+ WPM and strong multitasking skills. The hourly rate will be discussed during the interview process.

Requirements

  • Have data entry experience
  • Have high-volume call support experience
  • Type 45+ WPM
  • Be a strong multi-tasker
  • Have a dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
  • Be willing to install ModSquad's security software on your computer and mobile device
  • Be willing to install AWS on your computer
  • Have access to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures
  • Have a stable broadband internet connection of 50 MBS or greater
  • Have 8 GB RAM or better

Responsibilities

  • Assist a variety of customers over the phone, providing support for their insurance company that utilizes this software
  • Gather and verify information
  • Enter data into forms
  • Answer questions about insurance policies
