As a Virtual Customer Support team member, you will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality patient care and exceptional customer experiences. Working under the supervision of the Sr. Director of Virtual Support, you will interact with customers and medical teams via text, phone, and email. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to manage various communication channels effectively. Requirements

• 1 year Customer Service experience in Veterinary Medicine
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods at a time
• Have a home office or quiet space free from noise or distractions in your home
• Be at a desk, ready to engage with a customer during entire shift
• Have high speed reliable internet
• Be willing to work weekend shifts
• Be willing to work EST time zone
• Live in one of the following states: AZ, FL, GA, NY, NC, SC, KS, TN or TX

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, texts, and emails for all basic inquiries (Booking appointments, directions, general questions)
• Transfer all medical questions to TeleAdvice Support team members

Preferred Qualifications

• Vetspire experience
• Gladly experience
• Experience using electronic medical record, CRM platforms such as Gladly, Slack, and Google Suite
