Summary
Join Petfolk's Virtual Customer Support team and contribute to transforming pet care! As a Virtual Customer Support team member, you will play an integral role in ensuring high-quality patient care and exceptional customer experiences. You will work directly under the Sr. Director of Virtual Support, interacting with customers and medical teams via text, phone, and email. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Requirements
- 1 year minimum in Customer Service experience in Veterinary Medicine
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods at a time
- Have a home office or quiet space free from noise or distractions in your home
- Be at a desk, ready to engage with a customer during entire shift
- Have high speed reliable internet
- Be willing to work weekend shifts
- Be willing to work EST time zone, Full Time hours
- Live in one of the following states: AZ, FL, GA, NY, NC, SC, KS, TN or TX
Responsibilities
- Answer calls, texts, and emails for all basic inquiries (Booking appointments, directions, general questions)
- Transfer all medical questions to TeleAdvice Support team members
