Requirements

  • Excellent Portuguese and English (at least C1, written and verbal)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Independent and proactive approach to work
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer and technical support via calls, emails, and chats
  • Gather required technical information to ensure resolution of complex cases
  • Work with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure customers' satisfaction
  • Securely work with customers’ sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in customer support
  • Experience with CRM systems
