Customer Support Consultant

Requirements

• Excellent Portuguese and upper intermediate English
• Previous support experience in crypto and trading for at least 6 months
• Knowledge of major crypto exchanges, wallets, and trading platforms
• Familiarity with common crypto trading terms and concepts
• Understanding of blockchain technology and how cryptocurrencies work
• Experience with Salesforce/Zendesk/Jira
• Analytical and research skills
• Strong communication skills
• Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
