Responsibilities

  • Direct calls to the appropriate team members when necessary
  • Address service-related questions from patients and potential clients
  • Provide clear and concise information regarding treatments, procedures, and other services
  • Ensure patient satisfaction by offering exceptional customer service
  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments for patients using the practice's scheduling software
  • Confirm appointments and follow up with patients to ensure they are prepared for their visits
  • Coordinate with dermatologists and other staff members to maintain an efficient appointment calendar
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the practice
  • Manage and organize digital files and correspondence
  • Respond to emails and online inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize online communication tools to interact with patients and staff
