Requirements

  • English Proficiency: Upper Intermediate level (both spoken and written)

Responsibilities

  • Be the front line voice and ears of our company, providing customer support via calls and emails for our international clients and partners
  • Assist clients and partners with existing reservations and questions before booking
  • Distribute requests among departments and teams
  • Log activity in CRM
