Requirements

  • Possess basic PC keyboarding skills and Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Have experience working in a customer service or contact center environment
  • Have experience with streaming services and basic troubleshooting skills
  • Have technical support experience
  • Have strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
  • Possess excellent internet connectivity (2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download)

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to callers
  • Troubleshoot streaming issues on various devices
  • Use multiple applications simultaneously
  • Diagnose and solve customer problems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Utilize CRM applications (preferred)
  • Have experience working with CRM applications
