Requirements
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
- Basic understanding of logistics and transportation industry (preferred)
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in typing and basic computer operations
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Patience and empathy when dealing with challenging customer situations
- Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls, text messages, and emails
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service
- Document all customer interactions in our CRM system
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
- Meet or exceed performance metrics for call handling, response times, and customer satisfaction
