Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service
  • Document all customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics for call handling, response times, and customer satisfaction
