Summary
Join E1, a leading SaaS tender management platform, as a Customer Support Representative and deliver exceptional support experiences to our Builder, Subbie, and Supplier customers. You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or support cases, resolving issues, championing customer feedback, and identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, sharing new features, and enhancing internal processes. The salary range is $65,000–$75,000 + super, depending on experience.
Requirements
- Have a proven track record of delivering great customer experiences — especially in a high-volume support environment
- Communicate clearly and effectively across a range of audiences and channels (written and verbal)
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping others, even when juggling multiple tasks
- Know how to spot a potential issue and handle objections with care and clarity
- Be familiar with (or excited to learn) CRM systems like Salesforce
- Work well with cross-functional teams to make sure the right people get the right information
- Be humble, hungry and smart

Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding support experiences to our Builder, Subbie, and Supplier customers
- Be the first point of contact for a wide range of customer enquiries — whether via phone, email, or support cases
- Help resolve issues quickly
- Champion customer feedback internally
- Spot risks or opportunities that can reduce churn and increase customer satisfaction
- Play a part in sharing new features
- Improve internal processes
- Make sure every customer feels heard and supported
