The Customer Support Specialist will manage support tickets, understand the Airbase product, and provide assistance to customers around accounting and GL-specific areas. The role requires at least 2 years of customer-facing experience in the accounting/auditing or accounting software industries.
At least 2 years of experience as a customer-facing professional, supporting customers through email, chat, and phone, preferably in the accounting/auditing or accounting software industries
Knowledge and experience in the Procure-to-Pay and General Ledger business processes and in ERP and accounting systems is an advantage
Working remotely with modern communication tools
