Summary

Creatunity LLC is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for voice account and chat roles. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining accurate records, collaborating with the team, and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience. Required qualifications are native-level proficiency in Filipino and English, a bachelor's degree in a related field, 2+ years of customer support experience, excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and experience using customer support software. The position is offered as an Independent Contractor with benefits including quarterly and monthly performance bonuses, health insurance reimbursement, WFH upgrade allowance, 15 days paid time off, 6 company-wide holidays, 6 country holidays, remote work, flexible hours (9 AM - 5 PM CST), and a 100% fully remote position.

Requirements

  • Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communication)
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using customer support software (e.g. Gorgias, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers via voice calls and/or chat
  • Providing prompt, courteous, and professional service to all clients
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department
  • Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicating these to the team
