Requirements
- Possess proven experience in remote support for Japanese clients, ideally in the financial or FinTech sector
- Demonstrate a strong ability to analyze and resolve issues while maintaining high service standards
- Have native-level Japanese proficiency (N1 level) and business-level English (B2 or higher)
- Possess high technical aptitude and ability to quickly adapt to new software and financial applications
- Have excellent communication skills β ability to explain complex issues clearly and professionally to clients and team members
- Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and teamwork
- Be self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Be able to work in either EU or JP time zones
- Show willingness to continuously learn and develop expertise in financial applications and trading platforms
Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries, requests, and complaints via e-mail and chat with professionalism and accuracy
- Craft detailed, well-structured responses to ensure clear and effective communication
- Process requests according to established guidelines and procedures
- Identify and report issues or errors to the Team Leader or relevant department
- Work with trading platforms, replicating reported issues, and assisting clients with troubleshooting
- Transcribe Japanese names into Latin characters accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams via Slack and email to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution
