Responsibilities

  • Support the Insights Manager in running the VoC program, deliver reports, improve data sources, and quality of feedback
  • Collaborate with RevOps to ensure data hygiene across platforms
  • Maintain and develop CX dashboards (SFDC and Gainsight)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., SQL)
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Proficient in MS Office (primarily Excel)
