Cyber Analyst

Summary

Join SMX as a Cyber Analyst supporting USINDOPACOM J6 programs at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, HI, SMX Kapolei, HI, Aiea, HI, or remotely. This position requires a DoD Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility and US citizenship. You will translate data into actionable insights, prepare reports, collaborate on performance metrics, and present findings to leadership. A Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of experience (or equivalent) are required, along with strong Microsoft Office skills. Knowledge of business intelligence platforms is preferred. Requirements

• Clearance Required: DoD Secret with eligibility for TS/SCI
• Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of experience required
• Allowable substitution: Associate's + 2 years; HS diploma + 4 years of experience
• Ability to work on-site on Joint-Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam
• Strong Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) and Microsoft Teams skills
• Ability to travel (5-10%)

Responsibilities

• Translates data into valuable insights for operational decision-making and strategic planning
• Prepares reports illustrations of findings
• May collaborate with functional areas to develop and maintain performance metrics, measurements, methods, and targets
• Presents findings to Program Leadership, Senior Executive Staffs and internal stakeholders
• Prepare presentations that communicate the as-is and the to-be states and clearly demonstrate business value to be gained from an improvement

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of business intelligence platforms (PowerBi, Tableau, etc.) is preferred
