Summary

Join Darktrace as a Cyber Security Infrastructure Engineer and contribute to the company's mission of protecting organizations from cyber disruption. You will be responsible for deploying, integrating, and optimizing Darktrace technology within various environments, including network, cloud, OT, and email. This role involves assisting customers with deployment projects, leading and advising them on security infrastructure design, and managing customer support tickets. You will also be responsible for maintaining communication between go-to-market teams, including sales, customer success, and operations.

Requirements

  • A technical educational background or have experience working as a Network, Cloud, OT or SOC Engineer (or similar role)
  • Basic knowledge of computer networking protocols, LAN and WAN, cyber security principles, and the OSI reference model
  • Entry level understanding of network and cloud architecture design, configurations, principles, and best practices
  • Basic familiarity with OT network principles and practices based on the Purdue model
  • Foundational level knowledge and/or certifications with industry-standard vendors such as AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, or Palo Alto Networks

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Darktrace is deployed, integrated, and optimized to the highest standards to provide our clients with industry-leading, AI-powered, cyber security protection
  • Assisting customers with deploying Darktrace technology within network, cloud, OT, and email environments
  • Leading and becoming a trusted advisor to key customers in their security infrastructure design and planning
  • Regularly completing deployment projects on or before expected Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and integrating new systems into existing network architecture
  • Efficiently manage customer support tickets to assist with technical issues and proactively engage with customers to help maintain a healthy deployment
  • Maintaining and enhancing communication between all go-to-market teams, including sales, customer success, and operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in implementing Darktrace sensors and software modules into various environments (including cloud, email, and OT)
  • Experience with Darktrace deployment options, integrations, and response enablement and tuning (custom routes, firewall integrations, email)
