Cybersecurity Proposal/RFP Writer in United States

Summary

The job is for a Proposal Writer at RSI Security, a small organization that encourages collaboration. The role involves drafting proposals, maintaining proposal templates, and responding to RFPs & RFIs. Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in proposal writing or proposal management in cybersecurity
• 3 years of technical writing experience
• Strong knowledge of Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to take ownership of the proposal process and ensure a compelling and consistent message
• Advanced knowledge of digital word processing applications
• Ability to understand RFP requirements and ensure they are addressed in our proposals
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• High degree of flexibility with the ability to work in a small, fast-paced environment
• Thorough and detail-oriented, organized, with excellent time management skills
• Ability to quickly learn, understand, and evaluate current and new tools
• Self-starter who can work independently with a proactive attitude

Responsibilities

Draft proposals, help maintain proposal templates, and respond to RFP & RFI requests
